Cratos GmbH was taken over on January 1st, 2009 and has its head office in the Hanover region. The two proprietors and managing directors, Dr. Peter Segner and Dr. Stefan Schwerdtner, have positioned Cratos GmbH as a forceful, dynamic and particularly flexible consulting company, with a successful approach to today's management issues, based on its extensive expertise.
Every corporate department is nowadays enabled by information processing. This has changed its focus from an isolated specialist area to the strategic basis of every company. As an integral part of strategies and their implementation, information processing can no longer only be described in terms of business cases. Thus Cratos GmbH has the aim of adding value to business strategies through information processing.
