Dr. rer. nat. Peter Segner completed his doctoral dissertation in computer science at Munich Technical University and embarked on a technical career before becoming a consultant. During his consulting career, he gained experience in the fields of strategic, process and organisational consulting, technology skills for energy suppliers, transport companies, telecommunications and IT service providers, government authorities and public institutions. As a manager of a medium-sized IT-solution company and a managing director in an international consulting company, he is also a conscientious and motivating human resources manager.

Dr. Peter Segner is a managing director and a proprietor of Cratos GmbH and is responsible for extending and maintaining the service portfolio and the customer base. In addition, he carries out IT management activities.

Dr. rer. nat. Stefan Schwerdtner started his IT career with traditional project management and research activities at Munich Technical University, where he ultimately pursued doctoral studies in computer science. He then held departmental managerial positions and directorships in various consulting companies and for IT service providers over a number of years. Dr. Schwerdtner gained experience in strategic, process and organisational consulting, as well as in technologies for energy suppliers, telecommunications companies, government authorities and public institutions. Human resources management, financial management, presenting and coaching became an important part of his professional career.

Dr. Stefan Schwerdtner is a managing director and proprietor of Cratos GmbH and is responsible for business development and corporate finance. He is also active across the entire consulting spectrum of Cratos GmbH.
